As a counsellor and life coach for over a decade, I have helped many people overcome relational, health, career and many other challenges of life.
Having gone through some very challenging times in my life, from divorce to an abrupt career change that left me broke for awhile, to seeking and finding God and having a personal relationship with Him and to bouncing back to life and living. My experiences and the hard lessons learnt will be brought to bear in this blog.
I am here to help you gain back your confidence, boost your self esteem and self worth. I will work with you to create and maintain balance in your emotions, health, relationships, work and life generally. We will work together to chart a career part that is suitable to your fulfilling your purpose on earth. We will work together to decide what your goals are and set actionable plans that will even surpass your set goals.
Despite my own challenges as I navigated the terrain mentioned earlier, I never stopped giving a helping hand to many around me who were more challenged than I was. My daughter who equally have been a great support to many distressed around us practically forced me into blogging to reach out to wider audience.
So here I come, my humble self and you. I am also open to learning from as many as will dare share their own experiences and advice with me and others here.

Fountain of Resource as the name implies is a haven of resources vital to living and sustaining a balanced and healthy life. The focus will however be more on how to have healthy relationship with family, friends, colleagues, peers, clients, groups, networks and many others. It is all about finding and sustaining healthy relationships.
Relationally
Do you know you are cool, yes so cool that you can connect and even intimately with someone you really like, that will love you back! yes again, love you back. Everyone is deserving of love and ought to be loved. So never ever give up on love, never.
Every one created by God has a lot to offer, the problem is that the kind of people we are in relationships with most times do not and might never see how great we all are. You really want to spend time with people that get it, who can stick around long enough to discover all the stuff you are made of.
Well you can be sure you are not alone in this situation. So many of us are with people who are blind to all the goodness we have inbuilt in us and waiting for expression. A lot of people have been misunderstood over the years and judged wrongly, making relating with people difficult, you might be just one of them.
This blog will enhance all the good you are made of as well as point out your flaws giving you an opportunity to work your way to a positive change. The kind of change that makes your goodness not stay trapped inside but brought to the fore so that all that come across you will experience and testify. Here you will learn skills that will help you navigate most relational challenges and have people understand you better. You’ve gat my ears
Looking at the life style of people on line and even around you physically you will think all the glamour and glitz you see or perceive are real, bringing loads of joy and unending happiness in people’s lives. But you are far from the truth.
Behind every smile lies myriad veneers of pain, anguish, guilt, anxiety and deceit the likes of if you are privy to, you will be dancing and thanking God for your own blessed life. But the issue is you do not yet know how blessed you are. We will do just that here. Find out how blessed your life has been all this while but you did not know.
Start living again
You have been denied of so much fun and from living the fulfilling life God has created you to live. There is more to life than we see or believe. In this blog, a lot of veil will be removed from your eyes and you will see as God will have you see. You will suddenly begin to see beauty in everything, even the ugly things life threw at you, will be used to create awesome things like the artists do with colours and their brushes. Life promises so much more than we give it credit for. If you allow yourself, you surely will start living again despite all the odds against you right now. Trust me, I have been there and came out better. You too can.
